Das Doshi Retreat wurde vom indischen Architekten Balkrishna Doshi in Zusammenarbeit mit seiner Enkelin Khushnu Panthaki Hoof und ihrem Ehemann Sönke Hoof als Ort der Kontemplation entworfen. Khushnu Panthaki Hoof und Sönke Hoof führen im indischen Ahmedabad zusammen das Architekturbüro Studio Sangath und präsentieren das neuste Bauwerk auf dem Vitra Campus in der Fire Station von Zaha Hadid. Einleitung von Rolf Fehlbaum, Vitra Chairman Emeritus; Moderation von Mateo Kries, Direktor Vitra Design Museum. Dauer ca. 45 Minuten. Sprache Englisch.

‘Immersing, Emerging and Being – The Story of the Doshi Retreat‘:
The Doshi Retreat was designed by Indian architect Balkrishna Doshi in collaboration with his granddaughter Khushnu Panthaki Hoof and her husband Sönke Hoof as a place of contemplation. Khushnu Panthaki Hoof and Sönke Hoof run the architecture firm Studio Sangath in Ahmedabad, India, and will be presenting the latest addition to the Vitra Campus in the Fire Station by Zaha Hadid. Introduction by Rolf Fehlbaum, Vitra Chairman Emeritus; moderated by Mateo Kries, Director Vitra Design Museum. Duration approx. 45 minutes. Language English.

le Doshi Retreat a été conçu par l'architecte indien Balkrishna Doshi en collaboration avec sa petite-fille Khushnu Panthaki Hoof et son mari Sönke Hoof comme un lieu de contemplation. Khushnu Panthaki Hoof et Sönke Hoof dirigent le cabinet d'architecture Studio Sangath à Ahmedabad, en Inde, et présenteront le dernier ajout au Vitra Campus dans la caserne de pompiers conçue par Zaha Hadid.
